Islam means peace. It condemns all barbaric actions. Those who try to disturb the peace and hamoney they are crimnals. Islam gives security to all living beings on the surfae of the planet earth. Those who choose barbaric way to take revenge, they all should be punished as per the law of retaliation God has given in his Holy books. Islam also teaches to respect all humanbeings, what ever religion they follow.

no religion is barbaric. It is d wicked ones among those who practice d@ give their religion a bad name. When a wicked christian kills, which is against d teachins of d holy Bible, he & his action shud be condemned. Not his religion. If a hindi or muslim kills, he & his action shud b condemned. Not his religion. But if any1 of them cites his religion as supportin such killings or whr 'suicide bombers r eulogized as ''heros'' by their religion. Then d@ word ''barbaric'' comes to mind. As 4 retaliation ''he who hs not sinned let him cast d 1st stone'' I'm more concerned abt acting out of pure love. I'm not a god to judge any1/religion. I av a muslim neighbour & we've never for once quarreled. No matter ones religion, we r all first ''humans'' b4 bein a muslim,hindi or wotever. The foundation of some religions happen to be blood shedding, barbaric battles. Perhaps if you looked into the history of each and every religion, you will see for yourself. As I've mentioned before, I've only read of ONE "prophet" who killed people while another "prophet" sacrificed himself for the sake of mankind(according to his followers).
If one can't practice what he preaches(preaching peace and then killing people for not accepting his religion), is he worthy of being called a prophet? Unless of course he was practicing what was preached in his holy book, which people now deny saying we've not understood what it means!
So now tell me you still believe ALL religions are not barbaric.

i guess you didnt understand the post.. the menstruation and marital rape were part of two different sentences. . .

in either case thr is no scope for any kinda marital rape in Islam.
Some Muslims may get into such crimes. But it doesnt mean Islam encourages it.

The Meaning as given in Wikipedia and My Big Oxford Dictionary say that "Rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse, which is initiated by one or more persons against another person without that person's consent."
So with what I understand in English i would say that Rape Can be done in married couples. if a man/woman is not giving his or her consent for sex it may amount to rape...
so why you dont believe ??

lol i never said rape is committed only betwn unmarried couples. I do understand what exactly is a marital or domestic rape.
Islam doesnt encouragin doin so..
