princess_Soniya: kayli our smilie tools was deactivated,so we are unable to code smilies,the only person who can shed light into this topic is admin EpIcInCoGnItO,due to the data base being overloaded with too big size smilies we are no longer able to code,i hope this answer your question to why just any staff cant code smilies,thank you

This situation should be resolved in the next 10 weeks, but in the meantime you may submit smilies to epicincognito
