first u ave to install nokia pc suite came with nokia phone.
den connect ur mobile to pc by get connected wizard of pc suite by usb cable or infrared or bluetooth
after phone connect up use web connection wizard of nokia pc suite. remember use settings those support internet connection to pc . to know about it contact ur service provider. if from India pm me for more assistance.

My nokia 6600 sometime my accesspoint never work even i have balance.Can you gave me proxy address and proxy port no. That may fast to connect my access point?
