first u ave to install nokia pc suite came with nokia phone.
den connect ur mobile to pc by get connected wizard of pc suite by usb cable or infrared or bluetooth
after phone connect up use web connection wizard of nokia pc suite. remember use settings those support internet connection to pc . to know about it contact ur service provider. if from India pm me for more assistance.

for nokia use ovi suite works almost every nokia phone

phone is not pc modem but it connect to pc then use internet.

Ur operator selection is wrong. Go to settings of pc suite and write connection name. Ask ur operator about pc connection settings

Also your connection may not be your default connection. Make it default
