first u ave to install nokia pc suite came with nokia phone.
den connect ur mobile to pc by get connected wizard of pc suite by usb cable or infrared or bluetooth
after phone connect up use web connection wizard of nokia pc suite. remember use settings those support internet connection to pc . to know about it contact ur service provider. if from India pm me for more assistance.

If don't ave nokia PC Suite Download nokia pc suite frm here !!
Nokia PC SUITE .
than Run Get Connected frm PCSuite; if ur phone detected by the pc suite den run Connect to Internet frm PC Suite..
use manual if know ur APN if don't ask ur service provider for dat or use APN exist in ur mobile device..
n keep user name n password blank if not provided.. smiley

After download nokia pc suite Follow these steps.
1. Download pc suite of ur phone..
2. Connect ur mobile device when pc suite says to connect.. If not says run pc suite n click get connected..
3. When phone gets detected it'll show an phone icon connected..
4. Den click connect to internet
add new modem if options shows dare.. Select usb ur model phone modem if connected through usb cable.. At next step Click manual settings.. Now enter ur APN same as used in ur phone's gprs settings.. Keep user name n password blank if same in ur phone's gprs settings.. Now finish wizard n let da phone connect to internet.. smiley
