Spoon: its a good idea to a point but isnt this wot staff supose to be doing as it is solving disputes between members if theres a problem?

Spoon: this is a wap site u have moderators and admin aka high court and supreme if members not happy with moderators decisions they can take it up to admin. and can u honestly say there is 1 person here that every1 will accept as a judge and obey wot decision they say? i find it very unlikey u will find sum1 that every1 and i mean every1 wld b happy with for that position

Aamir: I am totally agreed with your moderators and Admins concept but adding new feature will make this site more creative and users will get chance to make their goodwill. Why to push all burden on moderators, they have to handle other works too. Infact, i dont see more moderator online, only one or two at a time, and many times 0 staff online. Right now only one staff is online and its you, who will go offline in a moment and if other staff will not come online there will be no staff onlie I am not arguing with you but thought this idea as for betterment of site. nd by this new facture definately online list will increase. Spoon: dnt get me wrong it is a good idea ive seen it attempted in chats and it worked for a little while and im normally on unless i have to go out or i sleeping lol my point tho is theres so much conflict here that i dnt feel u cld put it to action without still having sum ppl not happy and then who upholds the judges decisions? the other thing that needs to b taken into account if judge over rules a admin or gives a decision a member doesnt agree with it can cause more problems do u see wot im trying to say? im not sayingits a bad idea just needs alot of thort of how it wld work

Aamir: why will judge rule over Admin this 3 lawyers will discuss the matter and forward it to Admin.... Thats it. I am not blaming any moderator but its fact that moderators can be onesided at times in favour coz in any matter user will pm to a moderator who is his favourate haha. By this feature one more benefit is that, users will fear by posting or quoting wrong things or harassing other users.

Spoon: i do agree sum moderators dont look into things and side with friends and that is wrong i just think b4 this can b put into action there needs to b a definate understanding from members/judges/and staff

I'm sorry, i really dnt hav time for all such stuffs. And i'm not sure those so called lawyers wil give time for such stupidity..
