Protesters angered by a film they consider blasphemous to Islam have stormed the U.S. Embassy compound in Yemen's capital, Sanaa, in the most recent attack on U.S. diplomatic posts in the Middle East.
Protesters smashed windows as they breached the embassy perimeter and reached the compound grounds, although they did not enter the main building housing the offices. Angry young men brought down the U.S. flag in the courtyard, burned it and replaced it with a black banner bearing Islam's declaration of faith — "There is no God but Allah."
Yemeni security forces who rushed to the scene fired in the air and used tear gas to disperse the demonstrators, driving them out of the compound after about 45 minutes and sealing off the surrounding streets. It was not immediately clear whether anyone was inside the embassy at the time of the attack.
Demonstrators removed the embassy's sign on the outer wall, set tires ablaze and pelted the compound with rocks.
Yemeni President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi ordered an investigation into the attack.

Killing or wanting someone to be killed is violence. Yes?
So if you, the 7:5 percent in SL and the rest of the Muslim community are all gonna agree that this man should be killed, then they are violent in some way. Yes?
Wanting someone killed for any reason, and not waiting for god to do his job himself should be against your religion. Yes or no?
Or do you strongly believe in 2:191?

and if hes found to of broken a law that will happen but it doesnt give the right for muslims to tak things into thier own hands and kill and harm in the mean time because of it

yeah whatever Quran says I believe,...And kill them wherever you overtake them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you, and fitnah is worse than killing. And do not fight them at al-Masjid al- Haram until they fight you there. But if they fight you, then kill them. I'm not here to argue either... Just to point out that a film made against a religion(ANY religion) should NOT be a reason for people to kill anyone.

Of course!! Many non Muslims are murderers, rapists, etc! I won't deny it! But what has appended here has happened "in the name of Islam"! They killed all these innocent people "in the name of Islam". How often have you heard someone killing "in the name of Buddha" or "in the name of Jesus", etc? I bet not as often as they kill people in the name of Islam.thanks spoon for ur time hun.

2012/09/19 13:31Bad things are not in any religion, but bad things are in the people who take the teachings of a religion wrong way. Sometimes I think what is the point of Buddhism. Buddhists worship physical objects and statues that has been invented and created by humans. How can a human created object can create this world and the whole universe? Plus it's not one of the religions that came from up above.............so whatever religion we have,just respect it,no any religion is 100% perfect........just respect it and punished those who make wrong even if they are muslims or non muslims..Thanks kumz for ur time...

I tried to inbox you regarding this, but it says I've to be a buddy.
Just wanna clear one thing,hun. Buddhist were never asked or/and need not worship ANYTHING. The only reason why most Buddhist sit in front of a statue of Buddha and pray is as a mark of respect for the teacher.

I m in full support that if the real cuprit behind this are being killed by muslims , but dont harm other innocent people

Well let's see, we don't have the "if you draw a cartoon of our prophet we will behead you" rule in my religion but i can think of one incident which did hurt our religious feelings. It was when our place of worship was demolished by the military. So, to answer your question about my reaction to that, yes it hurts me and makes me hate the Prime Minister who ordered the attacks. But that hatred does not make me want to go around killing people of her religion. And i have never made apologies for or tried to justify the actions of the extremist people of my religion who feel it is okay to hurt/harass/hate any innocent people because of that incident. The point I'm making is that it's NOT okay to use your victim complex to justify this kind of behavior.

Still doesn't give them the right to direct their anger towards innocent people. Period.

Maybe there should be appropriate punishment for trying to incite religious tensions but death, and that too a beheading, is barbaric and extreme. If you agree with death as a punishment for using your freedom of speech, you are a violent-minded individual. Probably not violent yourself, but someone very likely to endorse mindless violence.
