There may be an option for sending pm
to all online staff at a time for any urgent complain or urgent work. . . . . . . . .

KingFISHER: topic closed reason sud be inform by smarty alert nd reason sud ve written bleow d respective topic with modarator name who closed d topic. It will make d forums more transparent n smooth.
I may add a reason field for closing topics. KingFISHER: Quoted text sud be different than topic text whch been quoted.
It's fairly different already, but will note this request for future themes. KingFISHER: it sud ve a most online time record in profile whch wud be count per month. Dat wud be shown da member who spent more time with 2wap nd who more active member.
Measuring online time is tricky, but we'll see.
I forgot what i posted before, will post if i remember. I just give new suggestion for the mean time. In the search section, when you search for newest topic, can you make it different colours or make it bold/unbold to indicate that you have read that topics or have replied to it? Separate indication for read topics and replied topics much easier if possible.
When you view the particular person forum posts at his/her profile, cant it show the topics made by them and replies made by them separately instead of combining all of the topics and replies together, we have no ideas whether its a topic or reply unless we click on read topic.

EpIcInCoGnItO: We do have moderators incharge of specific forums on which they focus but they possess tools for all forums so that in times of need and requests they can moderate others as well.
Can you tell us which moderator in charge which forum? 
or its a very very top secret? -linda-: particular person posts in the search, we click on read topic it always go to the first page, cant we go to the specific page with that person specific post?
