Woundnt it work better Liam if you choose staff from diferent countries with different time zones. . To make sure that a staff will always be online. . At the moment we dont have it. .

The time zones we mainly have covered are those of South Africa, India and Europe. Whom would you suggest to fill a different time zone? I'm something of a wild-card as you can find me online at various times.

you have 10ppl from india as staff. .but some of them only came here önce a day for a few min. . From SA. .you have 5ppl as staff. .but one of them was here . .2days ago. .other one was 9days ago here. .whats the use having them as staff ? In Germany there are only 1 staff. . In the UK there are 1 staff. . In USA there no staff. . Make sure that there always a staff member online. .arrange it with them !!!

I can't install apk files from others , it took me to html after installing it...... Do ya guys also experience that with mine? if not then webmaster should have it fixed

Go through setting < security < allow installation from unkown source and also clear default

Ive already did that.... Settings then on the menu select Administrator then set allow app from unknown...

I done this code in a script and I would like to see it implemented in this site...It's a download rep...say if I download a members vid or any other attachment then I will receive a rep point +1 ect...but without cheating, the uploader cannot get a rep if he/she downloads their upload...

Sounds like a cool idea. Do you use something to verify that the user completed their download?

After the user's download has been downloaded, the rep power is automatically updated in the database,userstable +1 and will be updated in their profile...It's all updated after the loop...

The problem with negative karma is that it can have the tendency to be used for personal reasons, and may lead to some being discouraged from posting. I know there are down-voting features on many sites such as Youtube and BBC news that seem to work well, even if they aren't necessary in my view. The way that those are different to the negative karma is the downvotes exist alongside the positive votes, so they don't cancel each other out. What do others think?
