I woke up in the morning with heavy head I was lazy to get up from my bed, Eyes still closing I stand up and walked to my dressing table right at the corner next to my bed So, I grab the comb, Comb my long long messy hair Then look at the mirrors I see my reflections This time I open my eyes widely For a minutes and seconds I didn’t blink I was staring at myself and found out something is different on me yeah.. I’m no longer a small child That mama use to breast feed Just to make sure I’m always full and not starving I’m no longer a teenagers That use to waste my time with friends outside without bothering what mama Always advice me every time before I walked out from the house door. Today when I look at myself into the mirrors I realize that I can never turned back time, I realize that I can never turned back time, To the past cause those day is now left a memories, To remind myself each day about everything that what mama did for me, and for us brothers and sisters Is not only for herself but it’s for our own good. How I make mama unhappy with my reactions for not listening to her advice, And how stupid I was for making her sad But I was just a kids and I didn’t think About what mama use to grumble to me all the time Is not only for herself but it’s for my own good. Oh mother, I know that you sacrifice so many things in your life to make sure that I grow up complete like the other children in these world. You gave me everything that I never have You gave me love, comfort and guidance Oh mother, you are the angel that watch over me from the bad things and harm Oh mother, even though you can't be here right now To share all the happiness that god had given to your daughter, Somehow I...I...I know that you are out there always watching over me.
