Anarkali bazaar
Anarkali is the oldest bazzar of south asia and is named after legendary girl'' anarkali '' who was buried alive in 1599 by the mughal emper0r akbar for falling in love with the prince jahangir
. See my travelogue on lahore page. The bazaar is in front of lahore museum and on one side of punjab university old campus spanning from mall road on one side to the lohari gate of the ancient walled city of lahore at the other end. Here 0ne can find a number of sub markets of man and women wear.
It is a fam0us sh0pping area for girls and women. Prices are reas0nable and bargaining is must.

2011/02/09 06:39No doubt Anarkali is the busiest bazar in Pakistan.u cant find much variety any other market/bazar as in Anarkali.i made my first shopping when i was in 6th.
Gul bro,u made me to recall my school/college days.when i used to make shopping for my new year school books along with clothings.Honestly speakings.thanx to u for this nice&full of info topic.
