alickdavid I will like to know if the nokia phone you want to use the prov.file is a java or S40 phone,if it is S40 phone still the prov.file refused to come as automatic configuration after due process, bear it mind that the prov.file corrupted along the way and need to be recreated. As well dont download the file with EXTENSION LINK.
When creating prov.file i do prefer pc to phone because phone do corrupt prov.file at times

NO BROS CHINA PHONE IS USE IN SENDING A PROV.FILE BECAUSE IT DO NOT MAKE USE OF PROV.FILE, IN ADDITION YOU CAN SEND PROV.FILE TO ANY PHONE WHICH WILL NOT RECEIVE THE FILE AS CONFIGURATION RATHER AS A FILE TOo THEN RESEND THAT UNSUPPORT FILE TO THE PHONE IN WHICH YOU FIRST SENT THE FILE FROM, IF THE THING STILL REMAIN ADAMANT, TWO THINGS ARE INVOLVE:
1. THE FILE MIGHT BE A CORRUPT ONE.
2. THE PHONE IS NOT FOR PROV.FILE.
