Could be the upload file size restriction, a file format not supported by the site or maybe its your browser if it isn't any of those then you might have to take it to admin maybe they might help you sort it out.

for those of you having trouble uploading,check your browser,and make sure your phone can upload media files. some people complain about iphones,thats the problem get a real phone!!
