when u download that operamini4.2 select opera 1 then use this server- ph.m.yahoo.com.m.olx.ph.server4.operamini.com:80 only apn (http.globe.com.ph in the phil.)and n0 proxyserver and n0 port just access point only

Why don't try dis speed connection? IP:201.229.208.3 PORT:80 from Dominican Republic try it tested 100% working
