It is only in africa where civil servants r not paid but the president throw lavish n extravagant birthday parties of close to 100million dollars yet the same leader blame the west for his failures...i live in africa

#2 Africa does not hold the monopoly on gross mismanagement of public funds and corruption, although unfortunately it seems to occur with worrying frequency there.
