Governments need to target the most at-risk groups such as youth.They also need to ensure accessiblity and availability of resources and facilities, for example, clinics with trained staff. HIV/AIDS is real and those infected should not be stigmatised or discriminated against.

Well considering the fact that this virus isn't half as bad here ... Common sense I to be aware, use protection and get tested atleast once a year. If you share needles that is your own fault. I treat all blood as if it's highly poisonous and infected.. It helps!
