Jar help

I noticed that any time I try to download a jar file wit opera I find it difficult except for the fact that I have to go to the web address. What can I do?

I hope your download is made easy, by the way, what opera are you using?

I face the same problem while downloading e-buddy on opera from it's official website. But i was confused whether it's opera's problem or the network of my college, which has restrictions.
