#1 According to my faith & belief (islam) Allah is the creator of heaven, earth, hell, stars, sky, all living things. All creation is untimately based on almighty Allah's wish. Im not sure what other religions may define hell's creation on. But it is my firm belief that hell was created as the place where those who were evil in their earthly existance should go after the day of judgement. And heaven is the place where the good ones will be rewarded for their good deeds during their earthly existance.
So the answer to your question is NO, the devil is not the creator of hell according to what i believe in.

#4 I dont know the facts behind it, but in various dramas i've seen the devils as manager of hell, so could be that devils were the creators too. Otherwise why would God create hell and then pass it on to devils to manage?

#9 Not sure what most religions say about Hell. According to what i know - Christianity, the devil can't create anything. God didn't create Hell for humans, he created Hell for the devil. I would say sin created the Hell we will go to, just like sin created death. There is no mention of God creating death or Hell for humans in the 7days He created the world - life. Adam and Eve weren't made to die, so Hell could not have been created for humans.

the same thing that created the difference between good and bad? Going to jail works on the same principle as going to hell, sin and death. Murder created jail just as much as sin created Hell. Both jail and hell is you being punished and being held responsible for what you choose to do.

Society doesn't say there were never meant to be any jails, but someone committed murder one day and jails were magically created. Murder doesn't punish itself. But you seem to imply that sin does. Unless what you're really trying to say is that it is in fact God who created Eternal Torture™ to punish sin, but doesn't want to get his hands dirty by associating his good name with it, so he invented this philosophical "sin created hell" cop-out.
If murder created jails in the same way sin created hell, then the creator is clearly God. I wonder why people have trouble saying it clearly. Maybe because in their hearts they know Eternal Torture is evil?
God did create Hell.... Its not hard to say at all. Hell is still here and its purpose is eternal torture. There is no candy coating that. My point was not that jail magically created itself, my point was that if it wasn't for sin there would be no hell, if there was no laws to break there would be no prison to go to. Sin punishes itself? No, that was not what i was trying to say. What is your problem exactly, the fact that there is a thing as sin or the fact that the wicked will punished, strikes you as far fetched? And lets clear up the eternal torture trade mark, it is not a physical torture. The mind will be tortured and taunted. Hell fire is used to describe Hell but it has been painted as looking up at heaven, seeing God, freedom and all the pleasures heaven has to offer, being able to smell, see and hear paradise but not being able to touch or experience it. Thats the Christian Hell. . .not the jin with the pitchfork one.

#16 I agree with minister-sinister, every religion has its own theory and explanation, and we know what we have been taught. I personally don't think of it much, because things which are happening nowadays are what we can call earthly hell, if you just take a look at the natural disasters-one earthquake destroys what one have been building whole life,it leave behind thousands of dead, sick and homeless, and not to talk about social problems that a mankind is facing with.

And yeah one more thing, everyone deserves another chance, even after death. 
there is no clear difference between good and bad, no, i don't think so. There is a big difference, and the lowest of IQ's can easily spot that difference. . . I'm all for a second chance after death. This however is about Hell according to religion. Unless you know of a devil outside of it.

here u mean those who work on sundays wil go to hell but GOD BUT sundays r not made by GOD the days were named by ppl and how can u say those who pray idols wil go to hell but whats the reason
