Illitracy is a choice

So many people blame their parents, uncles, or whoever... for being responsible for their illitracy. But, I'd rather say, an illitrate made the choice for himself. If there is nobody to help u acquire education, u help urself. The Lord helps those who help themselves. What do u think...?
