7 Dead, 66 injured in explosion at Kindergarten

7 people were killed and 66 injured in an explosion at a Kindergarten in Fengxian, Jiangsu province (It's on the eastern coast of China, like halfway between Shanghai and Beijing).
The police have yet to determine the cause of the explosion. It has however been confirmed that the explosion went off at 4:50 pm (Local time) as parents were arriving to pick up their children.
An investigation has been launched and results are pending.

2017/06/16 09:01Update: According to Xinhua News Agency the explosion was caused by an improvised bomb. The bomber a 22 year old Xu, died on the scene in the explosion.
It appears he was mentally unstable, police found the words "kill, terminate, destroy death" scribbled on numerous surfaces in his apartment along with bomb making materials.
Police have found no evidence of links to any religious, criminal or political motivation or groups and will thus be treating the case solely as a criminal matter.

All countries face their own challenges, obstacles that cause its people's suffering but what is universal is that be it in India or China or any other nation on the planet, the murder of children is tragic.
