What do u thing ' is it time 2 take out some of the old staff and replace them with new ones. Maybe thr will a be a change in attitudes towards the members. Give us ur opinion

bcouse im not spending more time here nd i dnt know every staff's attitude.

I think there should be limited options for staff's that members reported most to admins. what I mean is, a staff that members reported most or complain on his or her bad attitude towards them must have little tools. and those that do good should have more tools, this will make them do things right

Yes I am agree and ready for the same.. staff must try to create a friendly, sociable atmosphere. If we fail same than we replace with more deserving users.. Jackie's case is different here.... we appreciate her help and support for smooth running of site because she surpass robot smarty... online nearly 24 hours and keep spam free site in spite she have some drawbacks as female attitude .... that is God gifted ..... and some more....
