i saw with my own eyes that some people at young age take sleeping pills at nights and have a sound sleep, not only nights they even take those pills when they are tensed, what will be there health condition in future?
usually when you go to a health centre the first option is never pills,they first talk about ur eating habit,food supplements..blah blah,then if the problem for a particular sleep disoder persist thats were the pills come in.
Anxiety is a lead cause of insufficient or poor quality sleep - thinking too much about work, exams, relationship problems etc. Society needs to do what it can to reduce pressure on young people especially.
