Th Boss drives employees__he Depends on Authority__he Inspire Fear__he says "I" __ he Places blame 4 breakdowns__he Knows how its done__ he Uses ppl__he Take credit__ he Demands__he says "GO" A LEADER__ he Coaches employees__he Depends on Goodwill__he Generate enthusiasm__he sayr "WE"__He fixes th breakdowns__he Shows how its done__he Develop ppl__he Gives credit__he ask 4 oppinions__he say "LETS GO". Giv ur opinion of wht a BOSS is an what a LEADER is.

A Boss posses and bossy around and appears as master of all.....
He won't takes to ideas, and won't never see potentials in his employees or followers.......
A Leader- He set good examples, He seek for opinions, he charges his employee they can attain greatness and every goal set can be achieved..
A leader never belittled his follower and in fact A leader is also a follower cos he ask for people to lead
A leader listened to what his or her followers says and Act on them also takes part in decision making among it followers. he is also a democrat.
Boss, is a king on it own also wanting the leader do the work perfectly he doesn't care if the leader is good to the followers or not but all he want is the work is done! 😂
