Shout has rules in the past I think.... I'm yet to check if the rules guiding usage of shout box is still in place... Certain number of minute users are permitted before making shout again... Contrary to that and abusive words attract penalty stipulated in the rules...

Well let me tell you a thing..It's always interesting to see someone arguing because it's in our nature , it's the curiosity to see what will happen next ,just like when you're watching an interesting movie. Some people will interfere and try to calm situation down and some will sit and watch like in the cinema,only missing popcorn and soda. Anyways,I don't care much about "fights" honestly ,why should I ?If you let someone online to upset you to that extent then how do you cope with it in real(not you , I mean in general) ?
