Hello,Im currenly building 2WapWorld Android webview...Its Almost done and i tested it on my Andriod Emulator On my Lappy...Its just that i have to eliminate some issues atm because of all the obsulete or outdated andriod OS as i want this App the work on all the availible OS,well thats if Liam gives me the go ahead to release it,as i also want to release as a Signed APK,meaning its not a 3rd party app and will work on all Android devices...Once done Liam will test it then release it... Heres a preview on it from my Emulatorsmiley

Is this a full fledged app or a launcher?

Yes I have access to the whole cradle and structure but atm it wouldn't open in my phone cos it's unsigned but it works well on the emulator, that's why I have to sign it...

I much appreciate the effort, I look forward to testing it out very soon smiley If we can adopt it as our app it will save us a lot of time. Is there not any kind of integration with our script or server required?

Well that would certainly be an amazing contribution! In the past I've experimented with one or two services that promise to turn any website into an app, but I've found they are too generic and can't really be tailored to 2WorldWorld's needs. It's even possible to click an external link in a topic and then suddenly it becomes an app for another site instead of launching that link in the browser smiley

Android Webview App,Second Life For Your Mobile Website... Tried the app on a Samsung Galaxy Tab and it works like Magic... Here's the Screen shots... I only have 4 phones which are Android, the app works on 2 off the phones cos the other 2 phones OS are obsolete, so I'm still going to create another app which might just work on older Android Mobiles...

I did read about the webview option for development on Android and like launching a web site but on a particular app if you dont want to integrate the backend.
