Arrogance
Arrogance is a nature in some of the people in which they spoil their own career. They show, they are superior than others. But the reason is not that. Physically they are sick of their own mind. Infact this is a disease which is found in those who are in inferiority complex. And it due to some of deficiency they found or feel in themselves. To cover their this weakness they shout at every person they found better or superior than them. And try to show others that they are superior. At the result they seclude themselves from others. We should not react their behaviour in negligence or negativity. But they need our positive attitude. Though it is very hard to tolerate them, but if we do, we find them inclining towards, what is good.
I have tried in some of my circle and achieved success in breaking their arrogance. Now they are my good friends too. Some of them realized and admitted thier weakness and also tried to recover themselves. And they have good numbers of friend circle and also overcomed on their weakness.
So never think that you are nothing in this world. May be you are doing good in many things in which others are not.

But you know what,some people actually think and believe they are better than others and they behave superior,which is gross
. The point in your topic is clear,yeah some are such due to their own insecurity, especially when someone has a better skills , they're afraid that someone who's better will take their seat. I have really tried to deal with such people with understanding etc.now I really just try to ignore them and keep away from such.

Arrogant people really miss out on so much in life! They form unreal, incredible illusions of reality, and life around themselves. To me, it is such a great challenge, to break their illusions down. Bit by infestimal bit. But when successful, the absolute pleasure derived from transforming someone from hoity toity aspirations, to humbleness, is indescribable. And the bonus is that you've made a sincere friend out of somebody that was universally disliked. Even hated
