#Shout cuts#
The t/c say tht we ar allowed 2 shout our topics only twice. Is it twice a day ? Or twice 4ever ? And what if ppl cuts ur shouts with th word "Smarty" or put thr topics thr within 43 sec. Cant admin set a time on shoutbox, so that our shouts not been cut ?

Shoutbox design for fun and communicate thought/instant news/advertising topics ..... Rules are for smooth running of site and well being of users. Maximum twice mean controlling flood , not for strictly fellows that just for staff support to justify why user warns /ban. In past , advertising at shout never be issue.... If staff really feels that user's intention just for flooding shoutbox , took proper action against such type of users. When user shout topic from forum never aware about others user's shout who shout and how much times. If you are shout from forum , never blame of cut shout .,according to some users cut shout means other user shout same time, I think cutting mean deleting shout by staff , but in other case your shout still highlight at shoutbox.... These are just my suggestions/opinion ,,,, waiting for more suggestion

Whats the use in making topics. .if Smartie keeps cutting our shouts ? ? And if we shout again. . Staff warn you
