It seams to me that you it maybe your phone or your phone provider. The best bet is to contact your cell phone provider and to let them know what your problem is. Maybe they can do a reboot, a refresh or to boost up your single strength. You might want to power off and power on your phone. Hopefully that will workout for you. If not, and pending on where you live, put a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau or the FCC and to tell them your situation. Hopefully that they can get the situation resolved for you.
