High blood pressure is becoming more common around the world. Nearly 50million Americans - 23 percent of the population have high blood pressure of 140/90 or higher which can lead 2 strokes, heart attacts and kidney failure. It only takes 60 to 90min of exercise a week to significantly lower blood pressure. Many guidlines currently call 4 anywhr between half an hour and an hour of moderate exercise on most days of the week 2 reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and obesity. do ur exercise daily and stay healthy plz '
