Can happiness exist without sadness?. . . . In my opinion absolutely not. Being able to pick myself up after so much pain and darkness not only left me motivated but happy. You feel pain, you feel sad,you feel depressed, life beat you down to ground. When you decide you sick of life beating you down you get up n fight.

Such things are always paired..like good and evil or stupidity and intelligence or fast and slow, etc.. both aspects are important
