Divorce rate has been increase because it is easy to sign up in court to divorce a partner, and again conflict between couples can also leads to divorce. so sad of my.....

I hate that word "divorce" . I don't want anything to do with it. I used to wonder why can't spouses fight to rekindle the love? Why let a third party separate you?? For goodness sake does your love have an expiry date?! Everywhere Di.. Di.. Di...Divorce . Grouse!! smiley

my mom got divorced, it took her 18 years to do that. 18 years of Hell. I wish she'd done it sooner. Her love didn't expire, when you have children with someone it can't, it just changes. Her devotion expired, her tolerance expired, her ability to fight expired, and her need to rekindle a love with someone she dislikes expired. Divorce is a nasty word until it becomes the means to liberation, unless you are married and truly unhappy with someone you have to face every single day you won't understand liberation nor divorce. Its the best thing she could have done for herself, if she didnt I doubt she'd still be here. The road to divorce is paved with depression, confinement, tears, anger, loneliness , helplessness and frustration. All of this didn't fit who she is, it made her nothing more than an empty shell. I watched her spirit die little by little every day. Now she's happy with someone else, and I have a lovely little sister. smiley

Divorce is not all that big a deal, it happens when two people cannot remain together for some reason. There is no shame in this, society has it all wrong you see. We focus on things such as divorce rates but completely ignore how many people are happy within those marriages, this is an oversight, no? We should not care about marriage more than we do the people in those marriages, if staying married makes you happy do it but if getting divorced will make you happy do that instead ... Naturally, this is just my own opinion.

I understand what you mean . Nothing is easy. Even marriage that love is supposed to bind #sigh# . Hmm I'll say all is good that ends well. Good for her and you too. I pray to God I never find myself there. I know it's every couple's dream. Yet divorce rear it's ugly head smiley . But that won't be me and mine hopefully smiley
