U need to believe in something relion can sooth a soul and give u meaning of being the person u are and way to cope with life day to day struggles to survive this world has to throw at u.

Yes ofcourse. Take a trip down history and see all the immoral things religion has caused. Presently causing also. Morals are a personal choice, religion or lack thereof doesn't control your will.

Morality is relative, it means different things to different people but if you mean can a person be a good person without religion then yes. Religion is one way people choose to reach that goal but there are others.
