The Heart accumulates many things within its chambers.It can store wisdom,secrets, thoughts, words, truth, imaginations, and lies.Because of its ability to be store, it can impact and control the words, as well as the actions, of its host .Keeping this in mind , You need to rule your HEART and prevent it from running amuck

I don't want to rule my heart, all those things you mentioned is freedom. Your mind is a logical thing therefore it holds no freedom, the fact that your heart is irrational makes it completely free so why would you as the host deny yourself that?
