YOU NEED: 250 Grated cheddar cheese. 15ml olive oil. 250 cottage cheese. 200ml cold milk. 10 green lasagne sheets. 250 sliced mushrooms. 200ml cold water. 500g chicken fillet, cubed. 1packet chicken an mushroom cook-in-sauce. 10ml thyme chopped. HOW 2 DO IT: 1. Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown th chicken. 2. Add mushrooms and fry it 5min. 3. Mix contents an cook-in-sauce with 200ml milk an 200ml water. Add 2 th chicken, together with th thyme. 4. Allow 2 simmer for 5min stirring all the time. 5. Layer th chicken an mushrooms between lasagne sheets. 6. Spread a tub of cottage cheese over th top an sprinkle with gratte cheddar cheese. 7. Bake at 180 c for 40min until th pasta is cooked. Enjoy
