Probably not proud of the things you did in the past, learn from it and be proud of who you are today. It's not about being better than someone else. It's about being better than you were yesterday.

Exactly! what determines our future is our decision. Wise decisions lead to good future, good future eventually becomes the present, then the past. Time and experience makes us grow wiser if we learn from them. Your present can be better than the past if you learned from your past and became wiser NOW. otherwise, the past is definitely better than the present. smiley
