I was just wondering,what do you think makes people struggle so hard when it comes to saying "I'm sorry!" or "I love you!"?y Is it shyness,pride or could it be another motive? What do you think?

Both make people vulnerable and some people prefer avoiding being made vulnerable so they avoid those phrases. Its caution, its fear and I suppose it could also be pride.
