Members are staffs hope you know that.. officially, staff is one who appointed by the site owners to manage or take act in the site this is just what i know.. yeah, staffs must be familier with members no matter weather they are new members or already existed ones.. because members place an important role in site development and process... so staffs have a responsiblility of members and site movement.. site can move fluently only because of them.. that's it, thank you..
