Well to me the staff team and users are very close they always see that the users are comfortable especially the new users,as for the difficulty they are caused by the users who are jealous of other users or staff because the staff team can not make things difficult for users they make things easy for them,these difficulties can be solved if users tries to respect the staff team so that the site can go smoothly and enjoyable for every body ,as far as I know even the admins relate with the new users nicely and even the old users.
