I don't why some PPl HV problem .. for creat topic .... whatever issue if topic creator think it is good for public domain.. u can crest topic freely... don't need u ask mod. Or admin here .. yr pm or inbox them... so don't bother nd any time n any where u creat topic freely......
When I crest topic 1st time ... really I don't have any knowledge about rules n site rule....
So u can freely creat topic in any zone..

This is a forum site ^o^ honestly, its a stupid thought if a member must ask for moederator permission to create a topic. If a new topic creator make mstake regarding making a topic, its staffs duty to teach them, to tell them what is wrong and what it should be
and if here at 2wap members should ask moderators permission before they can create a topic ^o^ then i highly suggested to change this forum site to porn site mwehehe il supply you with good stuffs, you just need to enjoy it

On 2wap every PPl change themselves as per rules .....
