smiley PPl Here I am again present to discuss a serious issu Admin hiring staff without using mind, staff atleast have some quality like.... Good english knowledge so that users can understand thm,Rules knowledge and creativity not copy=paste talent,less arrogancy,interation with all users not only lady's So frnds, what do u think, do our staff have these quality?

Lelsi is suitable for an admin.. She's always login here everyday.. But don't know about the other staff.. If one of them can't speak english hmm?? Ergh that's weird..

Ability to communicate in English is an important factor for us in selecting staff. I think most of our team use near-perfect English (considering that even people from England sometimes don't use perfect English online).
