Download any handler operamini from sharemobile.ro or 9jareeps.com. For all java Users,create a prov address with the IP address:- 82.145.209.241:80 username & password: leave both empty. For symbian users,just create a new access point with the IP above. Open any operamini handler,in the http server,insert:- http://82.145.209.241:80 in the socket server,insert:- socket://82.145.209.253:1080. Then scroll down to proxy server address,insert:- rbt.etisalat.com.ng%3a@41.223.145.141 save settings and launch opera....tested and confirmed working.
