Fyi: net setter is a modem/pocket internet/ a plug it type where in we get broadband internet connection in form of either 3g or hsdpa. I am not from india so definitely i could not help you choose which is the best for your country. Try checking it out on your service providers.

Reliance 3G netsetter works superfast here in bihar, dont know about other states.

offer is that when you buy it in 700 rupees you will 6GB 3G data for three months i.e. 2GB per month for three months. but the schemes and offers are not same all over india. go to a shop and ask your offer.

Airtel 3G is fastest but costly.... BSNL is good ... Mblaze is faster but u can not insert other sim in taht dongle
