It is not the problem only in your country, its worldwide problem, people do not care about each others in general, we all have become too busy in a struggle for better life, we all think we have the biggest problems and the heaviest burden so why to bother with someone's elses, eh.. We should break up that silence and come out 4m this non-cooperative situation. We should be defendant from our level best.

It portrays the brutality of our society. There r s0me factors that led people to act like what they've d0ne and ofcorz we cant judge them. Thus, the weak became the weakest and the str0ng became the str0ngest. If 0nly 0ne has a c0urage to break that silence then there would be fairness to each of us.
