Over population-good or bad?

We all have some idea about the end result of over population. More land need to be cleared(deforestation) in order to make space for new buildings, growing more crops to feed all these people, etc. And then we run out of trees which keeps the greenhouse gases under control, etc. And then we have an over polluted planet, etc, etc, etc. And THEN we have books asking everyone to have as many children as they can afford! Tell me your honest opinion... Are we gonna think about our future generations and hand over a healthy mother earth to them, or just keep on having kid after kid, just to get yourself to heaven?

Honestly No-one can come to one result in such cases, Every coin has two sides and in this case is also the same... If you see from one side then the more population the more strong country can become in future... Best current example can be CHINA. See them how their economy is growing steadly... And if you see from other side then you can list several disadvantages of over-population smiley

The easiest thing to do is to make a baby lol, then the other one , then fifth or maybe even more, and it is all good and nice if you can afford everything that one child needs for a normal life. Where I live most of the people have one or eventually two kids, we live in a difficult times, there is a global shortage of food, then due to the global crisis many have lost their jobs and if you keep having kid after kid for the sake of religion or life after death, you havent got anything with it. If you cannot feed them, afford them good education and some better life, they will only suffer. My opinion, sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings.

Wrong :p China amerced every second born for 180.000 yuan (about 4000 USD)They dont think over population is good for economic growth In the other side, Japan and Singapore are lack of population, so the government encourage every couple to have more than one child IMHO we cant simply saying over population is bad or is good if we dont know how many is Normal population should be ^o^ And over population is not always related to a religion. It can be becoz of a culture or low education degree

Over population is bad. In countries like india govt struggle to provide homes, education, food and health services to its peoples because of huge population. Over Populated countries need huge amount of money and resources for its peoples... And not all countries able to provide that to its peoples

Over population definitly is a bad thing there r no second thoughts abt it, it causes instability, poverty, crime, sanitation problems, etc.

Now as per the present situation in India especially the education and homes are totally commercialized by our selfish and money maker politicians. Now a days itz very hard for a middle class family to provide good education to their children also a good occomodation to them. Total Indian wealth is in hands of few thousand people who have political influences. Can you imagine a poor family can't provide even 100 grams milk to their infant, which is a basic feed for growth of an infant. Isn't it a serious issue for us to think and work on it?

but i think we have reach the end, everybody tell me why are all the country shaken? there are strikes everywhere, people hate their leaders, the is poverty, economy going down everywhere. People this is the end

definitely needs restricting some these poor countries that already cant manage feed themselves are having loads of kids and if they all luckily n survive when they grow up they do same and on and on making things worse for their already struggling country's the governments should perhaps tax them dependent on how many kids they have,its not fair on their country or others forced to give aid and mainly the kids who go starving because mum n dad can only provide for a few kids but have 12 skids anyway

Very bad,,,overcrowded and overpopulation,,, most starving to death, hunger n diseases, homeless orphans, Just look at Afrika, Sumalie. Godless and forgotten land and starving ppl n babies!
