Should unemployed people be made to work for their welfare money? If so, should that include everyone such as the elderly, handicapped, and women with young children?

The elderly,handicapped and women with small kids no. The rest hell yes. go and clean up the streets. Work at shelters. work to earn other peoples money. Welfare money belongs to the tax payers after all. Can't stand lazy ass people.
