Rollout of the Samsung Galaxy Note Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Premium Suite update is staggered and the update appears to be available to some regions in Germany mainly at this time. However given that it is for the GT-N7000 model which is the international GSM Samsung Galaxy Note and is used all over Asia and UK as well, it is technically compatible with many Galaxy Note units.
