Do not discriminate. AIDS is a reality, and to ignore the fact, exarcebate the epidemic. Rather reach out, and see what you can do to educate people on how to avoid contracting this killer disease
Above all, there is a dire need for quality education- which is key to combating the high rates of HIV infection. Governments need to target the most at-risk groups such as youth.They also need to ensure accessiblity and availability of resources and facilities, for example, clinics with trained staff. HIV/AIDS is real and those infected should not be stigmatised or discriminated against.
Well considering the fact that this virus isn't half as bad here ... Common sense I to be aware, use protection and get tested atleast once a year. If you share needles that is your own fault. I treat all blood as if it's highly poisonous and infected.. It helps!
