I was not able to install internet settings from my operator so I master reset my phone, I have received the settings but I cant download any application. It pop up downloading failed, please I need your help

There might be a coverage or signal problem. Try using that Sim card in another phone. Also check if ur internet is gprs/ edge or 3G? Sometimes downloads are also failed because of poor gateway or low internet speed.
