Personal hygiene
Personal hygiene is so important in todays life.Isnt it nice to take a hot shower or bath to start your day? If you are a man to shave and to put aftershave on brush ur teeth,put deodarant on and fresh chlotes? If u r a lady to shave ur legs,blowdry your hair,put sum makeup on and lipstick. Sum perfume that smell of flower a nice dress and high heels? Its better than to be stinky and to kill the oudors with deodarant. Thats awefull

Personally, i prefer anti-perspirant to deodorant. And yes, it is essential to bath or shower at least once a day. For men whom shave, aftershave is not a neccessity. A moisturiser or balm, is very beneficial though. A woman does'nt really HAVE to wear make up. It is not very gentle to their skin anyway. But to dress prettily, is a good indication of character. So long as the clothes, and especially shoes!, are uncomfortable, just because fashion prescribes so. Personal hygiene, like brushing teeth, clean hair and nails, healthy feet, etc etc, are of paramount importance. Whether male or female
For me personaly it is when u take good care of urself. Lady that take good care of personal higiene gain more respect. fresh look and breath,neat chlotes,nails and toe nails tell alot about urself. To put on clean chlotes over a dirty body,and to kill the smells are very unhigienic. Yugh
