A password recovery option has been added to the home page. You will need a valid email address in your profile to be able to use this. When editing your profile, you can now select whether your email is shown to admin and buddies, admin only, or all members. Privacy options can now be found when editing your profile instead of as individual links.

Adding a user to your blacklist will now automatically remove them from your buddies and cancel any buddy request. Blacklist space has also been increased from 20 to 50 per user. Bug fixed so you can no longer add the same user to your blacklist multiple times. You can now find links for editing and styling your profile when visiting your profile.

Password recovery tool has been improved so that you have to verify your request. Also if you change your password that way or the normal way you will get a link to an all-new login bookmark.

This feature has been in place for a couple of weeks, but you will now get an alert from Smarty and by email when a buddy has a birthday the next day.

Quiz room has been fixed and a timer added. Further improvements to this feature coming soon.

New version of online list added which shows all online users on a single page. Turn this on via the site display settings. Awards feature has been removed as part of our plans to make 2WapWorld more of a mainstream social site.

The Main Menu has been upgraded. Also the site display settings page has been improved and now includes an option to switch between the old main menu and the new one.

You can now view the forums (mobile version) without being logged in. Just select the "View forums as guest" link from the login page. We will soon be adding a share link to topics so you can email them to your friends who aren't members and post them on Facebook etc.

Facebook share links added to topics and blogs. There is also an optional Twitter share button for topics which you can switch on in the site display settings. Additionally, you can now choose the number of forum posts shown per page and the number of topics per page. Pinned topics are now shown as bold links to make the forums appear less cluttered, however you can still choose to display them at the top if you wish. An in-forum search has now been added to each forum as well.

You can now send full-sized gallery pictures and videos to buddies via PM. The image will actually appear in the message instead of a link to the gallery, up to a maximum size of 240x320. Go to a gallery file to find this option. The option will only appear if the file is set as downloadable.

More links added to make it easier to share gallery pics by PM and via Facebook, Twitter and email. A share counter has been added too. Also you can now set animated avatars up to a size of 200x200.

For your total privacy, now if you set access to a gallery picture as 'myself only' it will not appear in the gallery list to anyone except yourself. Note however that if you send a picture to someone by PM they may report it if they wish.

An option for pop-up messages has been added in the site display settings. If you turn this on then PMs you receive will appear while browsing the site instead of the new PMs link. The oldest unread message will be shown first, and you will have the option to either reply to it or ignore it (which will simply mark it as read). After this action you can continue browsing from the last page you were on. The setting for whether Smarty messages appear will also be effective with pop-ups.

Pop-ups from Smarty will now be automatically marked as read. Also you can now add a personal message when sending a bud request if you've made at least 20 posts.

A couple of minor improvements to pop-ups: now if you have more than one message from the same user, this will be indicated by a green number next to their name. Also the css padding was removed to reduce space. Fixed a minor bbcode bug when sending a topic by PM to buddies.

Major upgrades to status posts: you can now set a Twitter name in the Cpanel, and once you've done so any tweets you make will appear in the status feed along with your other status updates. New privacy options have also been introduced which means you can choose whether your updates (or imported tweets) are public or for buddies only, and you will also have control over who can comment on public updates. Additionally your own status updates will now appear on your feed along with those of others, and you can search updates by user as well. If you post an update that is 140 characters or less, you will be given the option to post the text to Twitter upon adding it. Otherwise, you will be able to post a link to your update to Twitter if you have set the post to public.

Some minor changes applied to the Gallery to make it more user friendly - if you click attach from a PM dialog the picture you upload will automatically be set as private, also pictures set to buds only will no longer appear in the list to users who have no access to them.

Tweet subscriptions feature added: Now you can set a Twitter name you want to follow (like a celebrity or news channel) and their tweets will appear in your status feed along with the tweets and updates of other 2wap users. Your buddies will also be able to view the tweets you've subscribed to by clicking on Buddy feeds. If the same Twitter name is subscribed by more than one buddy, the subscribed tweets will not be duplicated. It costs 20 pluses to subscribe to a Twitter name and you can do so in the Cpanel. Also, the colours for the status feed and comments pages will now match your chosen theme for the rest of the site, and a new theme based on the previous colour style of the Status feed called Tweet Blue is now available to select.

Various improvements made to the inbox, most notably: * You can now send PMs to selected buddies instead of all buds at once if you wish * The Received (individual) PMs list has been given a new look * The page for individual PMs has also been given an improved look with refined options, plus the message you replied to will be shown for your convenience * In the dialogs there is now a Jump link to go to the bottom of the page. Also, if you receive PM from someone who isn't a buddy but has their inbox set to buds only, you will be able to reply to that message without being asked to click the star * New 'friendly' time stamps have been added to the dialogs list * More links have been added in various places to make inbox navigation easier * Coming soon - an option to forward PMs
